Great Ocean Road.
This statue was made in commemoration of the people who worked hard to make the Great Ocean Road what it is. If it wasn't for them, that brilliant (but treacherous) road would not exist today.
The shadows work well on this. Their hats are doing what good hats should do
Although perhaps a photo closer to noon might've worked better? Well, I didn't really have much choice on the time.
